I'll Miss Harry Potter

Folks that know me will tell you there are four men in my life, my spouse and best friend Henry, my awesome son Kreighton, my president Barack Obama and J. K. Rowling's wonderful character Harry Potter.

The final episode comes to a close tonight at midnight with the first open viewing of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2. In tribute to my friends from the Harry Potter books and movies, I tried to think of the things I'd miss the most with the conclusion of the series.

Emma Watson's Pixie Cut

Emma Watson posted a photo to her Facebook profile of her new haircut, and it's quite a drastic change! The actress and Burberry model totally chopped off her tresses in favor of a Twiggy, Jean Seberg, Mia Farrow-esque look. She wrote,
         "Dear all. Cut my hair off a few days ago... Feels incredible. I love it. I've wanted to do this for years    and years; it's the most liberating thing ever. Hope you like. Big love from Emma x."

Fan reactions remain to be seen.  Personally, I like it and after ten years of starring in the Harry Potter Series, Emma deserves to make her own choices.
