A brilliant London-based "consulting detective", Holmes is famous for his intellectual prowess and is renowned for his skillful use of astute observation, deductive reasoning and forensic skills to solve difficult cases.The famous super-sleuth gets an update in a new movie adaptation starring Robert Downey Jr. as the titular detective, with Jude Law stepping into the shoes of his sidekick.
